Ah…another film im suggesting to all. I saw this for the first time over a year or 2 ago. The second…this morning.

I have always felt a deep truth in the overstanding that our lives are our own canvas to create however we want. The law of attraction may not be easy to understand, especially after falling into the habit of  following the crowd of complainers we face on a daily basis. The greatness of thinking positive has been underestimated.  Man becomes what he thinks about.

Universal Energy. People are so skeptical about these words used together. Those who see through a filter of religious ideas and beliefs really cannot see the whole overstanding of how powerful something as ‘energy’ can really be. Energy is all around us, even within ourselves. Yet, we can only see the outcome of energy….what happens when we have it, use it, and pass it on. Good or Bad. Thoughts have energy. Our thoughts send out signals and vibes into matter. How can one completely understand electricity, or gravity? So how can we think we have to understand something for it to exist. We can never understand God. You need to find faith within yourself to believe. The law of attraction is in constant motion. What we focus on becomes our reality. Your thoughts and feelings create your life. Did you know that a positive affirmative thought is 100 times more powerful that a negitive thought? Amazing, isnt it.

When people say ‘choosing happiness’…what do they really mean… Picture in your head a line. above the line is a light filled space with a man rejoice, smiling and happy. Beneath the line, is a man who is balled up, tense, stressing, frowning, crying, dis-eased. Our feeling show us our thoughts. What happens when we choose to celebrate good feeling? Doing this will draw to you, more good feelings. We draw everything to ourselves.

Most people think about the things that they dont want, what they dont like, what they want to change. Complaining about how bad it is or what others are doing. By focusing on the bad, you are attracting more bad to your life. In and out.

If we could just focus on the things we do like and appreciate, our lives would be more reflective on those things. Think of the power of intentions. The universe is a masterpiece of Abundance. All people deserve happiness and abundance. There IS enough ti go around…and around and around. When you are feeling upset or hurt, focus on something that brings you joy…someone or something you love. As your thoughts change, your feelings will begin to change as well.

Wealth is a mindset. It is not made up of  things that you think will bring happiness. It is in your health, in your family, in your inspirations, motivations, and aspirations. Good fortune starts inside of your mind.  When we focus on what we lack, stress begins, fights and dis-ease begin and get worse as our negitive thoughts attract more negativity to our lives.

Create a “vision” board of what you want in your life. Meditate on happy things in your life. Focus on what should be appreciated about the world, and the people in your world. Love one another and stimulate joy in your life. This will be contagious. You were born to add something, add spice, add value to this world.

Dont doubt. ACT- as soon as u feel that little intuitive nudge within yourself. Fear will keep us from living the life that we truly want.

Replace fear with joy.

I wish good things for every living thing in this universe. We cannot change the world, but we can start with ourselves. We need to know how to make our own selves happy. Fall in love with who you are, and then the world will follow. Depending on people to make us feel happy and secure will only bring let downs. Take matters into your own hands. CHOOSE HAPPINESS!!

Each day at some point, something going on in this world forces the thought…”If i could change the world”

Just thinking about all of the pain and suffering happening to the innocent around the world. children, parents, teenager, pigs, chickens, cows, turkeys, horses…all of them.. THE EARTH, Today it is raining, and I feel as if the world is crying for the lives in pain. The abuse that man can inflict on another living creature…

These thoughts I have, I know i could use to spread awareness. Ive been in the cycle of moving , unpacking, packing, moving..and so my creation area is not even set up right now… soon it will be.Expression is a much needed release for all days.

I prey for those in need, especially in Haiti. I pray for all factory farmed animals, abused animals, and the uninformed people who don’t know about the change they hold in their power. We can choose.

I pray for those in denial, for those who cannot except love and return love. For those who find fault in everyone, no matter how much love has been shown to them. For all the mind controlled citizens.

For my few friends, DB, Rena, Justine, Aspen, Peter. I pray for Margo to have an epiphany and find true inner self.

I pray for my mother, my father, my brothers and my sister. I pray for her family.

I pray for my love, my lion, and all his worries. I pray for his happiness.

I pray for our happiness.

Industrialized farming.

Chickens cloned. never seeing the light of day. never having room to walk. never being able to fully walk even if they had that option. Their organs and bones are too weak to carry the rapid forced growth of their bodies that offer meat content.

Processed Life.

Cows eating corn with no one to clean up their feces. They are forced to stand knee high in their own droppings.

Animals treated with NO RESPECT.

People treated with NO RESPECT.

The earth treated with NO RESPECT.

They try to change the health care plans and insurance bill. Why aren’t they starting at the root of it all??

While they get rich off feeding us growth hormones, toxins, and cloned food?

Our food system is so f-ed up. A cheeseburger at McD’s is cheaper than a head of lettuce.

Corn is the main ingredient of all our foods. The sugar added to all our foods is breaking down our systems. The amount of Americans with Diabetes is Rising everyday. So many children have diabetes now.

People have the right to become aware of what is truly being forced on us.

We have a choice. Choosing what kind of food to feed our families each time we go to the market is a vote. A vote for respect for all.

Yes, I will say that again…

Positive thoughts and actions generate good energy that is essential for good health and fortune.

Oh and when the hard times comes rollin in. Not at all what i imagined to happen for this fresh new year of 2010. As the sun is slowly rising up, turning the sky a new shade of color at each glance out my windows, I try to search my mind for any answers to all these current situations. As time flows on by, i wander what ‘this time, now’ will seem like…

I know myself to be a peaceful living, laughter loving, positive reinforcing, happiness junkie. Lately, I’ve been curling up in my bed and crying, feeling frustrated, misunderstood, and, helpless as im trying so hard to do the right thing for others and myself. Sometimes when love is involved, i do put others happiness above my own. What happens when you’ve done just that…made sacrifices, and it all blows up in your face even still? Relationships and families inside of those relationships are so tricky to handle and sensitive to truth sometimes.

Stress and Vex.When I hear words and songs that reach out to stimulate minds to not stress or vex your mind, as it is a waist of time, I fight my own self to hold onto them.

Why cant i just remember at all times what truly matters. Not these bills, or this rent, but love and happiness. At the same time, i want a positive life. I have been attempting to keep a positive attitude, but now im going to try even harder, and affect the world around me with positive vibes as I always believed it should be.

Life should not become so serious, and small problems should not become the center of focus. The man in my life often, has trouble practicing mind OVER matter. As he says, his feelings run deep. Igniting his anger is like lighting a match at times. One single spark evolving into fire. When his feelings are hurt, sometimes it is as if he cannot see outside of his emotional perspective. Fighting, for me is not a good way to solve problems, but a reaction in the result of misunderstanding, frustration, hurt, or whatever it may be. the more and more you aren’t being heard, the louder and louder your voice becomes. Then the things you never wanted to say are flying out the mouth like whoa.

I know life can be so simple, and Ive been looking for that kind of peaceful lovin happiness all along. Ive found that within myself throughout the struggles in my life. Being in a relationship can have a tendency to allow yourself to become wrapped up in them, their life & issues. Being a strong support for your significant other is different then allowing they’re stresses and problems become your own. Love is a strong force. I want maintain my inner self when it comes to ties. Remaining focused on my life goals and my own way of solving problems is what i need to focus on. I want to show love abundantly even when I’m not feeling it back. When people are acting too serious, I will find something to laugh about. When someone misunderstands me, I will close my eyes and be confident, with appreciation that i understand myself

Living in the city Atlanta, you are faced daily with the option to give.  While at first, it is hard to say no, time begins to ware on your weakness to hand over whatever you may have in your pockets. This is especially true after you witness the same people you’ve given money, buying cigarettes with cup change or simply cursing you out for not giving what they expected. Our hearts are very susceptible to hardening as the world throws us slap in the face after eye-opening slap in the face. However, one thankful soul might melt your heart and tear down your giving barriers once again. Last night, while at Rena‘s house, after our conversation about the recent tragedy taking place in Haiti, she continued to tell me of an experience she had at Krispy Kreme Donuts. While in line at the late night drive through, a man holding himself up with a staff approached her. He looked her in the eye and asked for any help she could offer, as he was starving and homeless. She felt led to dig around in her purse for any money she may have had, even though she was very close to broke, herself. She found a $5 bill and handed it to the man. He looked at the money she gave him in dis-belief as tears came to his eyes. With a smile, he dropped to the ground, thanking her for her kindness. This man was obviously sincerely grateful about the acting of giving that had taken place between the woman in line, and himself. Opportunities will arise to us daily, whether it will benefit ourselves, or another, or even both…how could we ever know how that simple act of kindness will affect the world. A simple shift in a chain of events or simply affecting the flow of positive energy. I’ll try to remember this inevitable & possibly unseen outcome of giving that may not come instantly, but will always come to affect our world in one way or another.

I hope that my existence and my choices  affect the world in a positive way.

I pray that i never loose my consciousness in the areas of giving to the world. I want to affect the universe with my positive vibes and thoughts of people in need.

What can i do today to affect someone else in a positive way? What can i do for myself to grow in the area of selflessness and humility?

I think that exercising the acts in which we believe is right, we will grow to naturally do the things that we really want to do, but find it so hard to always remember.

I want to do something for the families in Haiti. Aside from money. I want to help them rebuild their inner spirits and homes.

I want to connect with children in despair across the world. I want to show them that someone cares. I want to learn from them and show them love.

We must take a chance if we want to grow into the people we really want to be.

NEW YORK—The following is a statement by Wyclef Jean on today’s magnitude 7.0 earthquake outside Port-au-Prince, Haiti:
“Haiti today faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced.
The magnitude 7.0 earthquake – and several very strong aftershocks – struck only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince.
I cannot stress enough what a human disaster this is, and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. The over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince tonight face catastrophe alone. We must act now.
President Obama has already said that the U.S. stands ‘ready to assist’ the Haitian people. The U.S. Military is the only group trained and prepared to offer that assistance immediately. They must do so as soon as possible. The international community must also rise to the occasion and help the Haitian people in every way possible.”

Celebrating the New Year, in our new home on 4th Street. Had a ridiculously huge dinner. Collars, field peas, baked macaroni, rice, chicken for the meat eaters, and lots of champagne. Fire works went off, that we could see from our 2nd story, tree house like window. A new year is a reminder of new days and new beginnings.  As the cold has been attacking my sense of outdoor adventure, Ive been staying in more often than usual. This year, Id like to focus more on expanding my creativity to the fullest, spending more spiritual time for myself, and continue to choose happiness and stimulate power of mind. A new place can be like a fresh breath after battles and battles.

Home should be the place you find comfort and peace in. A place you fill with people who truly care about you. A place to celebrate life and grow our innerselves. Our homes are our resting places. The place we go for refuge at the end of the day. Home should bring us the feeling of freedome.

Home should not cause unnecessary stress about finances. Our minds should be clear of fear because positive thoughts bring positive outcomes. just as negitive thoughts bring negitive outcomes. Ive been struggling to keep that in mind at all times as bills continue to come and checks do not. Id like to find something for me to do that would bring in some steady income while I’m working on getting my degree in early childhood education. Im very creative and love and job having to do with this. Including childcare and vintage clothes shops.

I pray for strength and inner-freedom.

I got Lion a Tattoo gun for Christmas/ anniversary- really for the both of us. We could use this as a tool to bring extra money in.

I also pray for strength to be patient, loving, and kind to the ones i love even if i don’t feel it shown to me at all times. I hope to strengthen myself through prayer, meditation, reading, and exercising what i learn & already know.

Also, I have grown to miss my family more and more as time moves on. I visited them twice this past year. Two weeks for Thanksgiving, and over a week for Christmas. I love and appreciate my family so much. Over my life experiences, i have learned that no one will love you the way your family loves you…even if they cant always understand you. Seeing past the misunderstandings is a beautiful thing.
